Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy 1.If You are not entirely delighted with the goods You have chosen, please ensure You return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer a refund of the goods providing they are returned in the condition that You received them. We do not refund any postage costs. 2. In the unlikely event of Your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will issue a refund. In order to return goods to us: Write on the reverse side of the invoice, (which comes with the order) the reason for return (In order that we may improve our service to our customers, You are requested to explain Your reason for rejecting the goods, although this is not mandatory), pack the items securely, remember to include the original invoice and send it back to Gadgets and Gifts Uk at the address given on the invoice and on our contact page. You are responsible for meeting the cost of returning the goods to us and for their safety during transportation. When returning items we strongly recommend You obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Postage And Packing 3. FLAT RATE SHIPPING COSTS! Standard postage and packing is between £3.99-£6.50 for orders in the UK, £7.99-£15.99 for International items. The cost is based on the weight of the parcel. We do not guarantee delivery times for standard delivery however orders are normally received within 3-5 working days. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment, but if there is likely to be a delay we will let You know. If you require Next day delivery to the UK, please email us for details.
