Terms and Conditions 1. The terms and conditions set out below form the contract between You ("the Customer") and Us ("Gadgetsandgiftsuk.com"). 2. Definitions in this agreement; "EC" means the European Community - currently the present Member States are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irish Republic, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and The United Kingdom. Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy 3.If You are not entirely delighted with the goods You have chosen, please ensure You return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer a refund of the goods providing they are returned in the condition that You received them. We do not refund any postage costs. You must e-mail us first at info@gadgetsandgiftsuk.com for authorisation. If your item does not arrive with you, please e-mail us at info@gadgetsandgiftsuk.com within 7 days of placing your order. Personalised products are excluded from our home approval guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our address for contact purposes is 9 Cottingham Road, London, SE20 7PU. This is for postal enquiries only. We accept no liability for any damage or harm arising from the use of any of our products. Everything we sell is CE approved. 4. In the unlikely event of Your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will issue a refund. In order to return goods to us: Write on the reverse side of the invoice, (which comes with the order) the reason for return (In order that we may improve our service to our customers, You are requested to explain Your reason for rejecting the goods, although this is not mandatory), pack the items securely, remember to include the original invoice and send it back to gadgetsandgiftsuk.com at the address given on the invoice and on our contact page. You are responsible for meeting the cost of returning the goods to us and for their safety during transportation. When returning items we strongly recommend You obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Postage And Packing 5. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order being received and should reach you within 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent, please contact us & we can arrange priority delivery (for a small additional fee). Please allow up to 10-14 days for the Personalised products and the EcoSphere Ecosystems to arrive with you. For the Ecosystems, you need to leave a telephone number as someone has to be there to sign for the delivery. Payment can be made by credit/debit card & will be processed by Nochex. On your bank/credit card statement, it will show as Nochex. We also accept Paypal, cheques & postal orders. If you would like to pay by cheque/postal order, please e-mail us at info@gadgetsandgiftsuk.com. If paying by cheque, goods will be posted once the cheque has cleared. 6. We cannot be responsible for postal service delays. Acceptance Of Your Order 7. An order placed by You for goods is an offer to buy the goods and is not binding on either You or gadgetsandgiftsuk.com until gadgetsandgiftsuk.com has confirmed its acceptance of Your order. If Your order is accepted, gadgetsandgiftsuk.com will send You an order confirmation and a contract will be formed at the time at which gadgetsandgiftsuk.com e-mails confirmation to You that Your order has been accepted and is being processed (whether or not You receive such e-mail). 8. When You order goods from gadgetsandgiftsuk.com there is no guarantee that Your order will be accepted. gadgetsandgiftsuk.com may no longer have the goods requested in stock. In this situation gadgetsandgiftsuk.com will notify You that Your order has not been accepted. Until Your order is accepted You will have no right to the goods which You have ordered. We shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend delivery if we are unable to obtain payment. 9. We reserve the right to cancel any order where there has been an error in either the displayed price or the price You are actually charged when placing the order. If this happens then we will contact You and inform You of the mistake giving You the option of either paying the correct price for the goods or if You prefer we will refund the amount originally charged in error. 10. We reserve the right to alter our prices and postage and packing costs at any time. 11. The terms of the contract do not affect Your statutory rights. International Sales 12.
